Breakups can often times lead to repeated use of the dreaded F word. You know which word I'm talking about don't you?
Yes, the word is FRIENDS, and it should not be used unless you mean it.
As mentioned before, it is important to be supportive of your ex girlfriend after she dumps you. Your positivity will get you much farther than blowing a gasket will. But you must try to avoid the term "friends" at all costs. This can close the door on future opportunities to get back with her. If your ex girlfriend feels secure that you are a friend, then she will turn off all of her attraction instincts.
Be supportive, but maintain the notion that you want to get back together. You don't have to be forceful about it - just keep the thought in her head. It is then up to you to make yourself more attractive as a boyfriend.
